Summary

Interested parties are invited to submit comments on an application by the Association of Waste Hazardous Materials Transporters (AWHMT) for an administrative determination whether Federal hazardous materials transportation law preempts requirements of the State of Tennessee, applicable to transporters of hazardous waste, for the payment of a remedial action fee and the filing of a written report of any hazardous waste discharge within the State.
