The Mission of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer is to provide exceptional budget, financial, information technology and acquisition support services to the agency.

Office of the Chief Financial Officer Divisions

Acquisition Services

The Acquisition Services Division provides full procurement support and financial assistance business processes. The Division is responsible for guidance and oversight of acquisition policy, award, and administration of PHMSA’s business arrangements.

Budget and Finance

The Budget and Finance Division supports PHMSA's mission and operations by promoting good fiscal management over financial resources PHMSA administers.  This includes budget formulation, budget execution, accounting, financial reporting, and audit. 

Information Resources

The Information Resources Division provides data and information technology services to support the agency’s safety mission through reliable, secure, and integrated technology solutions.
