Summary
RSPA is issuing an advisory bulletin to operators of gas and hazardous liquid underground storage facilities. The bulletin advises the industry about available design and operating guidelines and applicable state and RSPA regulations. Elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register, RSPA concludes its proposed rule proceeding on underground gas and hazardous liquid storage facilities.
