Final rule; correcting amendments.
In response to the President's Regulatory Reinvention Initiative, this rulemaking updates and corrects pipeline safety program procedures by amending nomenclature, addresses, amendment summaries, typographical errors, and penalty amounts. These editorial amendments impose no new procedural requirements.
