PHMSA Administrator Paul Roberti and Deputy Administrator Ben Kochman visited the original leak site on Sunoco Pipeline, LP’s Twin Oaks Pipeline in Upper Makefield Township, Pennsylvania. They also visited additional locations in the surrounding area where maintenance activities on the Twin Oaks Pipeline were underway.
