PHMSA Firework Brochures for the 2018 APA Standard(s) 87-1A, B, and C

PHMSA has developed Firework Brochures in alignment with the 2018 American Pyrotechnics Association Standard(s) 87-1 A, B, and C - incorporated by reference within the 49 CFR 173.64. These brochures intend to provide a high level overview for the Firework Industry and its interested parties and help maintain safety in the transportation of fireworks.
