GT Outside of HCA Performance Measures
Since 2021, gas transmission pipeline operators have been required to annually submit data for assessment and repair of pipeline facilities outside of High Consequence Areas (HCA). PHMSA uses data from these reports, which are due on March 15th for the previous calendar year, to summarize industry progress on assessing pipelines outside of HCA.
GT §710 Performance Measures shows trends for assessment and repair of gas transmission pipelines outside of HCA and required to be assessed by 49 CFR Part 192.710. Operators submit this data separately for inTERstate and inTRAstate pipelines. Also, the data is submitted by-State for inTRAstate pipelines. Use the Inter/Intra prompt and State prompt to tailor the reports to the data you want to see.
GT Other Performance Measures shows trends for assessment and repair of gas transmission pipelines outside of HCA and not required to be assessed under 192.710. Data for pipelines in Class Location 3 and 4 are grouped together as is data for Class Locations 1 and 2. Operators submit this data separately for inTERstate and inTRAstate pipelines. Also, the data is submitted by-State for inTRAstate pipelines. Use the Inter/Intra prompt and State prompt to tailor the reports to the data you want to see.
