As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a notice in the Federal Register on December 4, 2009, under Docket No. PHMSA–2004–19854 of its intent to revise the agency's Gas Distribution System Annual Report Form (PHMSA F 7100.1–1).
