Investigating the Possible Contribution of Fatigue to Pipeline Mishaps June 2011

Use these methods to investigate if fatigue may have contributed to the mishap. Especially, use these methods if the operators 3 of interest were shift workers, as defined by the U.S. Office of Technology Assessment (Office of Technology Assessment, 2005) and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH; (Rosa & Colligan, 1997).
