Control Room Management: Public Workshops

Following the promulgation of the Control Room Management Rulemaking, PHMSA conducted two public workshops which provided an opportunity for all stakeholders to learn about, and express opinions about, the rulemaking, implementation of the regulations, and development of guidance in the form of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The workshops were conducted by PHMSA in conjunction with the National Association of Pipeline Safety Representatives (NAPSR) on July 27, 2006, at the Hilton Old Town in Alexandria, VA, and on November 17th, 2010 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Houston, TX.
