The Program Development Division provides integrated planning, development, and evaluation of programmatic activities for OHMS.

Specifically, Program Development Division:

• Assists program offices in the development and reporting of meaningful Key Performance indicators (KPIs)
• Fosters continuous improvement within OHMS by collecting and reporting internal and external KPIs.
• Facilitates the above processes by organizing and hosting quarterly management reviews and annual death and injury briefings for OHMS leadership.
