Pending interpretation letters that are under review by the Office of Hazardous Materials Safety are shown in the table below. To view the interpretation request document, click "View" for the corresponding interpretation. To submit comments on an interpretation under review, click the "Submit Comment" link for the corresponding interpretation. Finally, comment submissions will be accepted for 30 days after the pending interpretation letter is posted.
