This notice invites comments on the problem of interference with underwater pipeline crossings of navigable waterways, the benefits of installing line markers at these crossings, and the size of markers to be used. Comments received may result in publication of another notice proposing specific changes to existing line marking rules, with further opportunity for public comment.
