This document postpones until June 30, 1981, the effective date of a final rule published in the Federal Register on January 2, 1981 (46 FR 39), which required weekly monitoring of the water content of anhydrous ammonia transported by interstate pipelines. The MTB has been directed to perform a further analysis of this regulation's benefits.
