46-fr-20556.pdf (206.2 KB)

This document postpones until June 30, 1981, the effective date of a final rule published in the Federal Register on January 2, 1981 (46 FR 39), which required weekly monitoring of the water content of anhydrous ammonia transported by interstate pipelines.
