This Notice proposes to update the existing incorporation by reference of API Standard 5LS, "API Specification for Spiral-Weld Line Pipe," and API Standard 5LX, "API Specification for High-Test Line Pipe," to include in Part 192, the March 1976 Supplement and the 1977 edition of each document and in Part 195, the 1977 edition of each document.
