This amendment to Part 192 establishes in § 192.625 minimum Federal safety standards for odorizatlon of gas in certain transmission lines. It also modifies § 192.105 and adds a new § 192.706 to require that transmission lines be patrolled and surveyed for leaks on the basis of class location and whether the lines carry odorized gas.
