This document corrects a final rules document that appeared at page 18553 in the FEDERAL REGISTER of Monday, May 1, 1978 (FR Doe. 78- 11813) by changing the date of the first applicable edition of API Standard 5LX shown in Appendix A to Part 192 from '1976" to "1967." The corrected Appendix A reads as follows: Appendix A-Incorporated by Reference.
