Correction In rule document 89715435 beginning on page 27881 in the issue of Monday, July 3, 1989, make the following correction: Appendix A to Port 193 [Corrected] On page 27882, in the third column, in amendatory instruction 4, in the fourth line, "188" should read "1988".
