Correction:

In the correction to proposed rule document 94-19490 beginning on page 44230 in the issue of Friday,-August 26, 1994, make the following correction: § 172.429 [Corrected] On page 42231, in the first column, in § 172.429(a), in the second line, insert "must be" after "label".
