This notice advises DOT exemption holders to review their exemptions from specific requirements of the Hazardous Materials Regulations to determine whether their exemptions could be eliminated as a result of a final rule published in the Federal Register on December 21, 1990, and revisions thereto published as Part II elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register entitled "Performance-Oriented Packaging Standards: Revisions and Responses to Petitions for Reconsideration."
