PHMSA issues responses to FAQs addressing questions about the upcoming phaseouts for transporting ethanol in DOT-111 tank cars. These FAQs will respond to questions and requests for guidance from railroads and tank car shippers on the upcoming May 1 and July 1 ethanol phaseout deadlines.
