Dear Mr. Ancira:

Thank you for your letter of August 24, 1981, notifying us that Tampa. Pipeline Transport Company is installing a 6-inch welded steel pipeline to transport anhydrous ammonia from Port Sutton, Tampa, Florida to Polk County, International Minerals and Chemical Corporation, Phosphate Plant.
Effective July 27, 1981, the requirements of section 195.6 of the Department's hazardous liquid pipeline regulations in 49 CFR Part 195 were repealed. Therefore, notification of intent to transport a commodity other than petroleum or petroleum products is no longer necessary. I have enclosed a copy of the Federal Register publication (Amdt. 195-22; Docket PS-70) which explains this change and others made to Part 195

Sincerely,
