Miss [sic] Mattie P. Brady
City Clerk
City of Fort Gaines
Office of Clerk & Treasurer
Fort Gaines, Gerogia 31751

Dear Mr. [sic] Brady:

This is in reply to your letter of December 14, 1970, requesting a form for inspection and
maintenance plans to be filed pursuant to 49 CFR, Section 192.17.

This Office has no such forms at this time. We are hopeful that we will be able to develop
guidelines following the submission of the first annual reports under 49 CFR, Part 191, and
inspection and maintenance plans under 49 CFR, Section 192.17.

In the interim you should be sure that your submission complies with all the requirements of 49
CFR, Part 192, a copy of which is enclosed.

Thank you for your interest in the pipeline safety program.

Sincerely,

/signed/

Joseph C. Caldwell
Director, Acting
Office of Pipeline Safety
