The Safety Advisory Notice provides recommendations to help facilitate the safe transportation of compressed natural gas under the terms of specific Hazardous Materials Special Permits authorizing the manufacture, mark, sale, and use of non-DOT specification fully wrapped reinforced composite cylinders.
