PHMSA is issuing this notice to clarify the flexibilities provided in the Hazardous Materials Regulations, regarding shipper’s certification signatures on shipping papers. These flexibilities allow compliance with the regulations while still maintaining appropriate social distancing during the Covid-19 public health emergency.
