At the request of PHMSA, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory conducted an independent review of a report issued by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Expert Evaluation Team and other relevant documents to identify potential hazards to the ongoing decommissioning activities at the Indian Point Site.
