While many countries base their hazardous materials transportation regulations on the UN Model Regulations, not all countries use the same version. These differences can pose challenges for multimodal hazardous materials transport and acceptance.
The map below displays the UN Model Regulations version used by each country around the world of the UN Model Regulations throughout the world.
