Respondent was assessed a civil penalty of $7,200 for two violations of the HMR when it offered for transportation, in commerce, a hazardous material (UN1950, Aerosols, non-flammable, 2.2), as an undeclared shipment without shipping papers, package markings and labeling; and offered for transportation, in commerce, a hazardous material (UN1950, Aerosols, non-flammable, 2.2), while failing to provide each hazmat employee with recurrent training consisting of general awareness, function-specific, safety, and security awareness training.
