Respondent was assessed a civil penalty of $1,476 for four violations of the HMR when it operated in commerce a DOT MC 331 specification cargo tank transporting a hazardous material (UN1075, Petroleum gases, liquefied, 2.1), without obtaining and retaining the AMSE data reports for the tank; allowed employees to perform functions subject to the HMR without conducting and recording general awareness/familiarization, function-specific, safety, security awareness, or recurrent training; registered and operated with a Requalification Identification Number, without maintaining complete daily records of external visual inspections performed by the company; and offered and transported in a DOTT MC 331 cargo tank motor vehicle a hazardous material (UN1075, Petroleum gases, liquefied, 2.1), without completing and retaining complete tank test reports prepared by the registered inspector at the company's facility.
