April...Since 2021, gas transmission pipeline operators have been required to annually submit data for assessment and repair of pipeline facilities outside of High Consequence Areas (HCA). PHMSA uses data from these reports, which are due on March 15th for the previous calendar year, to summarize industry progress on assessing pipelines outside of HCA.
