This final rule amends the natural gas leak reporting requirements for pipeline companies of Part 191 by changing the addressee for written reports, and also amends Part 192 by deleting the xequirements of § 192.17. Filing of inspection and maintenance plans, to reflect an amendment to the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1808 (NGPSA) made by section 105 of the Pipeline Safety Act of 1979 (Pub.L. 90-
129, November 30,1979).
