Document

On December 15, 1992, the Department of Transportation (DOT) issued Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to require DOT regulated employers to submit an annual report summarizing the results of their drug and alcohol testing programs for each calendar year. These reports are designed to provide DOT with program evaluation and compliance information. This notice establishes a pilot project on the proposed reporting forms and submission procedures.

DOT is committed to ensuring that information is available in appropriate alternative formats to meet the requirements of persons who have a disability. If you require an alternative version of files provided on this page, please contact PHMSA-Accessibility@dot.gov.
