This amendment permits the review and calculation of the capacity of certain relief devices to be made at intervals not exceeding 15 months, but at least once each calendar year. Under
the present rule, the review and calculation must be made at intervals not exceeding one-year, a frequency which causes inconvenience in scheduling.
