Advanced Rulemaking: Regulatory Review: Administrative Practices, Reporting Pipeline Incidents, Gas Pipeline Standards, and Liquefled Natural Gas Facilities Standards

Document
57-fr-53085.pdf (1.06 MB)

This notice proposes to change various gas pipeline and liquefied natural gas facility reporting and operating standards to provide clarity, eliminate unnecessary or overly burdensome requirements, and foster economic growth. The proposed changes result from the regulatory review RSPA carried out in response to the President's directive on reducing the burden of government regulation. The proposed changes would reduce costs in the gas and liquefied natural gas pipeline industries without compromising safety.
