The Emergency Waiver Order supports efforts by the Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Coast Guard to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a threat to public health, welfare, or the environment caused by actual or potential oil and hazardous materials incidents resulting from Hurricane Zeta within the emergency areas located in Louisiana and Mississippi.
