PHMSA Emergency Waiver Order #14 for HAZMAT in States Affected by Hurricanes Laura and Marco

The Emergency Waiver Order supports efforts by the Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Coast Guard to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a threat to public health, welfare, or the environment caused by actual or potential oil and hazardous materials incidents resulting from Hurricanes Laura and Marco within the disaster emergency areas located in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
