The Department of Transportation LNG Center of Excellence Webinar
We invite you to the “LNG Center of Excellence Webinar” on May 17, 2023, from 1 – 2 PM EST hosted by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). The Center is being established following a Congressional Report submitted as a requirement of Section 111 of the Protecting our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety (PIPES) Act of 2020. At the webinar, you will learn about the establishment of the National Center of Excellence for Liquefied Natural Gas Safety and ways you can provide input. To register, please use the link below.

As an essential PHMSA stakeholder, we want to ensure you are aware of how the Center of Excellence is being established. Additionally, we want to offer a platform to ask questions about the process of providing feedback for consideration. The webinar will focus on the purpose of the Center, activities completed to date, and discuss how comments can be submitted to inform the establishment and future direction of the Center.
