PHMSA Oil Spill Exercise & Response Training Videos

PHMSA has partnered with federal, state, local, and industry response organizations to develop training resources for the oil spill response community. 

The training resources can be incorporated into existing programs or serve as an orientation or annual refresher training when needed.
