Fire Investigation of DOT 3AL Cylinder Failure in Luraville, FL

The main purpose of this technical evaluation was to determine the initial cause of an aluminum oxygen cylinder failure in Luraville, FL. Evaluation included chemical analysis and cause for ignition on the cylinder valve.
