This list applies to the construction of gas pipelines that will operate pursuant to the Alternative Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (Alt MAOP) regulations in § 192.620. If a construction task on this list is performed after December 22, 2008, the task must be treated as a "covered task", notwithstanding the definition in § 192.801(b), and the operator must implement the requirements of 49 CFR Part 192, subpart N – Qualification of Pipeline Personnel.
