Modifying the Program
Operators should seek feedback on the public awareness program from multiple sources. In addition to the annual audit and 4 year effectiveness evaluation, operators can use bounce-back cards and web sites to solicit input. If operators decide to modify the program, previous editions need to be maintained to verify the adequacy of implementation records.
