Due Dates
All pipeline operators, except certain gas distribution operators, were required to complete the written program by June 20, 2006. This date also "starts the clock" on the delivery frequency for the stakeholder audiences. For example, if a gas transmission operator follows the recommended baseline frequency of once every 2 years for the affected public, all members of this audience must receive the awareness materials before June 20, 2008.
