PHMSA Pipeline Safety Training Center

The Training Center is centrally located within the heartland for pipeline safety training and qualifications of Federal and State Pipeline Safety Partners. In addition to training offerings at various locations for Pipeline Safety, the Center promotes uniformity in the application of pipeline safety regulations throughout America and provides critical, hands-on training through the use of laboratory and field exercises.

The most important training objectives of the Office of Training and Qualifications are promoting pipeline safety through integrity management, operator qualification, and partnering with stakeholders and their training managers to both enhance training and foster consistency throughout the industry.
